PhotoFunia is an Odessa-based website currently offering just short of 600 image editing effects. PhotoFunia works with a wide variety of programs and some web browsers.
The tool is free and very easy to use: Simply choose an effect, drag and drop or upload an image, and click go. Download your finished image.
