NeuralStyler uses AI to convert videos, GIFs or photos into artwork using a handful of styles of famous artists such as Van Gogh. You can create your own styles (train the neural network with styles of your own or contribute styles). Download NeuralStyler for Windows or Linux. A free smartphone & tablet app for iOS and Android that packages some of Photoshop’s features in a streamlined mobile wrapper. Especially useful for quick collages with a reasonable degree of customizability, and the ability to export with layers to Photoshop for further edits.
GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) is freeware that is downloadable for numerous operating systems and can be used on images, to create original artwork/graphic design and to make fractals. Works on all Platforms.
